In line with our rapid expansion, we are looking for customer success specialists that are in charge of ensuring the best possible experience for customers of our solutions.

Responsibilities

Following is the list of responsibilities the customer success specialist will need to fulfill.

  • Taking client through onboarding process: Going through standardized steps and taking down details of questions that can/’t be answered for specialist.
  • Working on report, calculation and workflow customizations in Power BI and Excel
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Resolving support cases

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent English verbal skills, well-spoken, clear and direct
  • Good accounting knowledge preferably work experience with Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite or other accounting systems
  • Practical experience with Power BI and implementing successful projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferably Power Query / Pivot Tables) with practical experience
  • Experience working with relational databases preferably Microsoft SQL Server
  • Highly ethical and trustworthy.
  • A patient and calm temperament to handle high volume enquiries, disputes and emergency scenarios.
  • Passion and drive to provide the highest level of customer service;
  • Comfortable communicating with a diverse range of people. Able to be understood and to understand the needs of others;
  • Able to spot and fix problems before others have even realized there may be one. Able to use your own initiative and solve problems in innovative ways;
  • Excellent overall professional writing skills in a number of different styles/tones;
  • Active and flexible learner with a desire to understand the forces at play for any challenge;
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work accurately at pace;
  • Proactive with strong interpersonal skill and detail-minded;
  • Positive work approach;
