As we continue to scale across North America, we are strengthening our Value Delivery capability and are seeking an Engagement Manager to ensure structured, commercially aligned execution across our enterprise customer base.
This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role focused on governance, control, and delivery excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Own the successful execution of multiple customer engagements across scope, budget, and timeline.
- Translate Statements of Work into structured, executable engagement plans.
- Establish clear governance cadence across customer, partner, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain alignment between commercial commitments and delivery execution.
- Manage structured change control processes across evolving customer requirements.
- Drive visibility through disciplined reporting and engagement tracking.
- Act as escalation owner when required, ensuring clarity and forward momentum.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams (internal and external) to ensure consistent customer value realisation.

- Consistent timeline ownership and delivery visibility.
- High confidence and expectation alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Well-structured engagement reporting that supports executive insight and scale.
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, transformation, enterprise software delivery, or EPM/BI implementations.
- Experience within a recognised consulting environment (Big 4 or similar) strongly preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise digital transformation, such as ERP, EPM, CRM or other.
- Strong governance mindset with comfort driving structured stakeholder conversations.
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing scope and change discussions.
- Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
