Info-Tech Research Group Names Acterys as #1 for the Emotional Footprint Report 2026 Award category

Info-Tech Research Group Names Acterys as #1 for the Emotional Footprint Report 2026 Award category.

Acterys ranked: #1 in all 4 Emotional Footprint Vendor Capabilities – Client Services, Deal Management, Product Experience and Dispute Resolution.

The report findings are based on data from user reviews on the firm’s SoftwareReviews platform, the leading source for insights on the software provider landscape.

Acterys was additionally named #1 in Info-Tech Research Group’s 2025 Enterprise Performance Management Data Quadrant Report — securing the top spot for the third consecutive year with an impressive 9.3/10 satisfaction score.

Acterys also maintained the coveted “Outlier” classification  — proof of just how far we’ve pulled ahead of legacy planning tools.

“Achieving the #1 position in the Emotional Footprint Report is a truly special achievement for Acterys, as this category is based on direct feedback from real users rather than just an analyst opinion. This results in a Net Emotional Footprint score that reflects the overall emotional connection that our users feel with the Acterys product,” said Mike Zack, CEO, Acterys. “The fact that we’ve created a platform that empowers our customers to turn Microsoft Power BI and Fabric into a place where real planning, decision-making, and execution happen every day, only serves to strengthen this emotional connection. That’s why we’re so proud of securing the #1 ranking for emotional sentiment.”

“Acterys consistently ranks as the top vendor in Info-Tech Research Group’s latest Enterprise Performance Management Data Quadrant Report, integrating familiar tools like Power BI and Excel with scalable write-back capabilities,” added Hong Kwok, Research Director at Info-Tech Research Group. “This latest Emotional Footprint #1 recognition, joins the company’s impressive four #1 Vendor Capability rankings as well as eight #1 Product Feature categories to mark a hugely successful performance for Acterys in this year’s Enterprise Performance Management report.”

Info-Tech Research Group’s Emotional Footprint report quantifies the end-user experience and value provided by a specific product and the relationship end users have with the provider. The top providers are recognized as Emotional Footprint Champions, which are selected based exclusively on feedback provided by their users. User satisfaction is measured across 27 elements of the provider relationship, including strategy, service experience, product experience, conflict resolution, and the contracting process. The result is a Net Emotional Footprint score. This score represents the overall user sentiment, a powerful indicator of user feeling toward the provider and the product.
