We are rapidly expanding across North America and seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who is a true hunter—someone who thrives on building pipeline, opening doors, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities end-to-end.
This is an individual contributor role designed for a proven enterprise seller who doesn’t wait for leads, but proactively creates opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close
- Proactively build and sustain your pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account outreach
- Qualify and advance marketing- and BDR-sourced opportunities
- Lead discovery sessions and deliver tailored demos, proposals, and business cases
- Multi-thread across finance, IT, and executive stakeholders within target accounts
- Establish alignment with economic buyers, champions, and technical influencers
- Partner with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to ensure smooth deal execution
- Maintain strong deal hygiene, disciplined pipeline management, and accurate forecasting in HubSpot
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently achieve and exceed new ACV/TCV quota
- Generate a strong level of self-sourced pipeline
- Maintain healthy pipeline coverage with steady deal progression
- Demonstrate a high win rate and reliable forecasting accuracy
- Shorten sales cycles through effective deal strategy and stakeholder alignment
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Experience using MEDDICC (or a similar enterprise sales methodology)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage CFOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience with FP&A, ERP, BI, or Microsoft technologies is a strong plus
