About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Partnerships Manager to lead our strategic partnership initiatives across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing partnerships within the business planning software sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in partnership management or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Previous experience in contract negotiation and agreement drafting
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
• Ability to identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Understanding of legal and compliance aspects related to partnerships
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the industry
• Develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage partner relationships
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of partnerships
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create joint marketing initiatives with partners
