About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and drive growth across the Asia Pacific region. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business and partner opportunities through LinkedIn, phone calls, and email outreach.
- Manage the lead generation process, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Engage with prospects to understand their planning and data-related needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and coordination.
- Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot (or other CRM) and ensure a disciplined approach to the sales process.
- Coordinate Customer Success activities in the region.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the planning or data industries.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven LinkedIn and phone outreach skills.
- Ability to work independently and cover customer success and sales coordination
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Planning software and Power BI.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Knowledge of the APAC market trends and dynamics.
- Prior experience in a remote work environment.
