About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and drive growth across the Asia Pacific region. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business and partner opportunities through LinkedIn, phone calls, and email outreach.
  • Manage the lead generation process, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their planning and data-related needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and coordination.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot (or other CRM) and ensure a disciplined approach to the sales process.
  • Coordinate Customer Success activities in the region.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the planning or data industries.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven LinkedIn and phone outreach skills.
  • Ability to work independently and cover customer success and sales coordination

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Planning software and Power BI.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Knowledge of the APAC market trends and dynamics.
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment.
