As we continue to scale across Europe, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive (EU) to own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to closed-won. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for proven enterprise hunters who thrive on building relationships, uncovering whitespace, and driving new revenue across complex organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: from discovery and solution alignment to negotiations and contract close.
- Hunt and build pipeline through self-sourced opportunities—leveraging outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, networking, and event-driven engagement.
- Qualify and advance opportunities from inbound and BDR-sourced leads.
- Deliver consultative, value-driven engagements: lead discovery sessions, build tailored demos, and craft business cases that resonate with economic buyers and champions.
- Engage at all levels within target accounts: multi-thread across finance, IT, and business stakeholders to drive consensus.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Partners to ensure smooth handover and long-term account success.
- Maintain CRM excellence: keep pipeline stages accurate and forecasts reliable in HubSpot.
- Utilize sales enablement tools and resources to provide relevant content and accelerate deals.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting or exceeding new ACV/TCV quota.
- Strong self-sourced pipeline contribution (not reliant solely on BDR/marketing).
- Healthy pipeline coverage and progression quarter over quarter.
- High win rate and forecast accuracy.
- Shortened sales cycle length through effective deal strategy.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience (SaaS strongly preferred).
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the mid-to-large enterprise space.
- Proven ability to self-generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and executive engagement.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build compelling value propositions for CFOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity and experience with MEDDICC (or similar enterprise sales methodologies).
- Experience in FP&A, ERP, BI, or Microsoft ecosystem solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
