Experience 

Martin Kratky is a seasoned business intelligence and startup investor with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He has a proven track record of success in leading and growing businesses, as well as developing and implementing innovative solutions. 

Martin started his career as the Managing Director and owner of MIS AG’s Sydney branch. In this role, he set up the company, established strategic partnerships, and managed major projects. He later became the Director International Presales at MIS AG’s headquarters. In this role, he developed and optimized the global presales process and strategy. 

In 2004, Martin co-founded Managility Pty Ltd, a business intelligence consulting company. Managility has worked with clients such as Fortescue Metals Group Ltd, BSA Ltd, Fresenius, City of Sydney, and Macquarie University. Martin was also a co-founder of INTALIGN Pty Ltd (Ubitix), an event eco-system company that acquired major accounts such as Australian Open Air Cinemas, YouTube Inc, Fernhill, and Australian Winter Festivals. 

In 2013, Martin co-founded Finviews.com, a data service for listed company financial details and valuation calculations. Finviews has become a leading provider of financial data and analytics in Australia. 

Martin is currently the CEO of Acterys (formerly Agilityplanning.com & Clearjelly.net), an integrated analytics and planning performance management solutions company for Excel & Power BI with one-click integrations to various ERP and SaaS systems. Acterys is a leading provider of business intelligence solutions globally. 

Martin is also a director of Axonda, a Byron Bay-based company that provides software solutions for the mining industry. Axonda is developing a new software platform that will revolutionize the way mining companies operate. 

Martin is passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems. He is a strong advocate for the use of data and analytics to improve decision-making. He is also a mentor to young entrepreneurs and startups.
