About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Channels and Alliances to lead our partnerships and alliances initiatives globally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in building and managing channel partnerships and alliances
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to drive partnerships aligned with business goals
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global channel and alliances strategy
- Identify and establish partnerships with key players in the industry
- Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with company goals
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage partner relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of partnerships
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
